Inbound webhooks land here
Twilio + email webhooks call into the comms layer; messages are stored, classified, and routed to the GuestQA or RSVP agent.
Thread reconstruction
In-Reply-To headers and Twilio MessageSid join replies to their parents. UI shows threaded conversations per recipient.
