Scans every (guest × event) pair where the RSVP is still pending; never sends if it sent recently.
Picks tone + channel per guest
VIP + close to event → urgent. Regular + far from event → friendly. Sends on the channel they prefer (WhatsApp, SMS, or email).
Stops cleanly at 3 attempts
Raises one escalation per stuck guest with suggestions: mark probably-yes, send personal note, drop from list.
