Task manager + helper escalation
Auto-builds the checklist per event, assigns helpers, escalates if anyone goes silent.
When you add a Sangeet or a Pheras event, WeddingAI proposes the 8–15 tasks you actually need, dated relative to the event. Once you assign helpers, the system reminds them through their preferred channel, and if a task goes overdue without a status, it suggests reassignment before the day-of becomes a crisis.
The shift
From frantic to handled
- ×Helpers say 'yes' to tasks then drift — you find out the morning of the event
- ×Hosts don't trust 'done' without a photo, so they recheck everything anyway
- ×No central list — tasks live in WhatsApp threads, sticky notes, and people's heads
- ×Reassignment is awkward and late — 'can someone else pick this up?' the day before
- ✓Auto-generated checklist per event kind, dated relative to event date
- ✓Helpers reminded via WhatsApp; one-tap 'done' with photo proof
- ✓If overdue + no acknowledgement, AI suggests 3 alternates with availability
- ✓Hosts get a weekly 'what's stuck' digest — never have to chase
8–12 hours + 3–5 day-of crises avoided
No more 'Did the rented sherwanis get picked up?' at the mandap
Under the hood
How it works
Generates the checklist on event create
AI proposes 8–15 tasks per event kind: catering confirmations, decor walkthrough, vendor confirmations, etc. You can edit, drop, or add.
Watches every 3 hours
If a high-priority task is past due without a check-in, helpers get a reminder. Critical-priority tasks escalate to you within 24h.
Suggests reassignment when stuck
After 2 reminders without progress, the agent surfaces an escalation with names of other helpers who could pick it up.
In your dashboard
What you'll see
Tasks page shows a kanban (To do → Assigned → In progress → Blocked → Done). Each card shows category, priority, due date, assignee, reminder count, and proof photo if uploaded.
